The Research and Development Laboratory for Computational Geodesy (CGRD) is a Manila-based affiliate laboratory of the UP Department of Geodetic Engineering & Training Center for Applied Geodesy and Photogrammetry. We started as research group in 2019 and formally established as a research laboratory in 2020.

Our guiding principles are based on the loose translation of our name's Old Norse inspiration, "Sigrid".
