DIME aims to use geospatial technologies such as satellites, drones, LiDAR, and geotagging algorithms to monitor the status, financing, and implementation of big-ticket government projects. DIME won the Silver Award from the Presidential Anti-corruption Commission.

PhilGEOS began in 2012.
